The Independent Director Limited was formed in 1993 to provide a service to:

• companies not for profit and public sector organisations searching for a non-executive director or chairman throughout Britain and Ireland.
     

• candidates wishing to accept appointment as a non-executive director or chairman at a growing company or other organisation throughout Britain and Ireland. Our register contains candidates with experience from the smallest companies to quoted multinationals.
