Each search is individually tailored according to
the specific requirements of your company. This may involve
providing a shortlist from our register of candidates, or
approaching named individuals as an intermediary, or advertising or
discreet search as required.
Our fee is agreed upon instruction according to
the complexity of the assignment, and is not related to the
remuneration eventually agreed with the successful appointee. In
order to maintain a high level of confidentiality we do not publish
the names of candidates or companies who use our services.
The
range of turnover of companies who have used our services extends
from £0.5 million to over £850 million. Our candidates have experience
from the smallest companies to quoted multinationals.
